Directions

Adults:

Mix 6 g (1 level scoop) with water to taste.

Take one serve twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart, or as directed on the label.

For those that want to really boost there nitric oxide levels all day, we would suggest one extra scoop around the 6 hour mark.
