Customers may return any unopened merchandise purchased from within 30 days of purchase.. If returned unopened and product batch code matches with confirmed order number the customer will receive a refund for the amount of the original form of payment. 

Refunds will be paid within 48hrs of confirmation of all information and receipt of product by our returns department. 

Returns by mail

For purchases shipped to your home, send your purchase and order number to our Returns Department. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or defective product

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at or call us at +61 409 473 957. Give us your name, order number and the item that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.
