PRODUCT INFORMATION

CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE (CVD) is a global epidemic killing more men and women than all cancers, accidents, lung/respiratory diseases and diabetes combined! (from the World Health Organisation).

CVD is commonly called the ‘silent killer’. Tragically the overwhelming majority of people have no idea that their cardiovascular health is potentially life-threatening and only find out when they need severe and invasive surgery, or until it's too late–with death stealing them away without warning.

Max Pulse is a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) [as well as FDA and EU] Registered Class ll Medical Device that uses non-invasive pulse wave technology to assess your Cardiovascular System.

It analyses:

Cardiovascular Health

Cardio Muscle Strength

Arterial Blockage

Arterial Stiffness and Elasticity

Blood Circulation, and

Mental/Physical Stress

Be Informed–Not a Statistic

The Max Pulse also measures Heart Rate Variability (HRV) which is vital in telling us about the adaptability of the cardiovascular system and the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), which is composed of the Sympathetic (SNS) and Parasympathetic (PNS) Nervous Systems.

A person’s SNS plays the role of ‘accelerator’, also known as ‘flight or fight’, whilst the PNS functions as the brake, also known as ‘rest and repair’. A healthy person with a good HRV has a balanced ANS. A health practitioner able to accurately measure the ANS system enables them to intercede and treat many underlying illnesses early, as poor ANS function lies at the core of many ailments, including but not limited to, Cardiovascular Disease.

Taking a preventative approach to heart disease is one of the smartest things you can do.  Visit Find a Max Pulse Practitioner and schedule a three minute, non-invasive test, today!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How accurate are the readings?

The Max Pulse is used extensively across the world. The parent company uses the Max Pulse in conjunction with 8 University Research Hospitals in Seoul, Korea. As a result, studies show that the Max Pulse has a + accuracy of 2% for the measurements it captures, as long as all the guidelines are met in setting up a patient for this test.

How does the MaxPulse get its readings from a finger probe?

Simplistically, the Max Pulse uses an infrared light finger sensor which implements LEDs as both light emitter and detector to measure one’s pulse wave. A Pulse Wave occurs when the heart pumps and it generates a contour wave that travels along the arterial tree. The waveform is generated from the left ventricular chamber of the heart to the big aorta, and is reflected back when the big aorta bifurcates or divides into two arteries.

The Max Pulse then uses pulse-based signal conversion algorithms and converts the wave into a digital signal. The digital signal can then be broken down using a variety of mathematical formulae. Some of the algorithms that are used include Time Domain Analysis (TDA) and Frequency Domain Analysis (FDA). TDA measures the RR interval variation in the time domain. FDA uses the Fourier Transformation (FFT) to access the frequencies and amplitude of the oscillatory components hidden in the variability signal.

Is the Max Pulse FDA approved?

Yes. The Max Pulse was approved on June 16, 2011 as a Class II Medical Device  by the FDA and achieved the same registration in Australia on 14 April, 2015.

There are several App’s on the market that measure blood pressure and HRV. What makes Max Pulse different?

There's actually not ANYTHING like the MaxPulse on the market. There are a few that reveal only a tiny fraction of the comprehensive Max Pulse report.

Their claim to disclose the condition of the heart relies only on a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) test (which is only part of the science Max Pulse uses in the Stress Report—but not as comprehensively), but does not reveal the most important and vital plethysmograph information including:

Ageing Cardiovascular Condition of the Heart/Seven Types, Eccentric Constriction, Arterial Elasticity, and Remaining Blood Volume.

The Max Pulse is unquestionably far superior than other registered Class II Medical Devices.

ARE YOU A HEALTH PRACTITIONER?

Consider the impact you can have on your patients and community-at-large by confidently promoting Heart Health awareness in your area, with the capacity to both check and report on their cardio system and support them should they require it. (Yes, you can become a MaxPulse Practitioner and a Nitric Oxide Infusion stockist—ask us how).

What if you could offer peace of mind to your clients with a simple three minute test?

And what would happen to your bottom line if there was a way to accurately test and treat the World’s number one killer—Cardiovascular disease?

The Max Pulse and our Nitric Oxide infusion is the solution.

The MAX PULSE Cardio Device is a 3-in-1 Cardio Check that’s affordable, non-invasive, accurate and potentially life saving.

The Max Pulse offers Cardiovascular and Arterial Health Scans PLUS Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) Screening, which can accurately measure and identify Autonomic Nervous System dysfunction.
